Well it happend…found a Healthy Choice I didn’t care for to much. It wasn’t so bad I couldn’t eat it…I just really didn’t care for the texture of it all that much. But if you like pasta it might be for you, at only 270 calories…it is a better choice than getting a non healthy kind i’m sure. My toes are still burning, hindering my will to go out and walk/jog which I want to do so badly it’s killing me. Had a little Powerade, about 100 cals worth…I was only going to do 1 serving for the 50…but it was so good just had to had another! Only about 1 serving left so guess i’ll have some tomorrow some time just so it’s gone. I think I will start up the Wii tomorrow like my sister and i’m sure theres some stuff on there I can find to do…I guess even a little something is better than nothing when it comes to exercise. Also, note to self: Have a salad tomorrow with tomato and ranch spray…even tho you tell yourself over and over it isn’t your favorite…you still do like it.

Yesterday I had 1,900 calories…and today about 1,500…need to find some exercise to do!

Turkey Sandwich: 2 Whole Wheat slices of bread 70 cals, 1 TBS FF mayo 35 cals, 2 slices of 99% FF Turkey 40 cals..a bit of Lettuce 5…10 cals? Total 155 calories
2 Whole Grain Eggo Blueberry Waffles no syrup. Total 180 calories
7 Quaker Quakes Apple Cinnamon Rice Snacks. total 70 calories. 
With a grand total of 405 calories. Not bad for one meal IMO.

I’m staying right on track. Water intake is good…been filling my Diet Dr. Thunder with water…been drinking one a day…would maybe like to bump it up to 1 and a half a day, but so far this is all I can handle. I have been going to http://bendoeslife.tumblr.com religiously and let me say, if you have never been there…CHECK IT OUT! You won’t be disappointed.
As for the weigh in, I weigh in on the Wii and I haven’t weighed in in over a month and a half, and that last weigh in I was 324 pounds. Just checked it and it said I am at 314 pounds. I doubt I lost that much weight in 2 days, but 314 will be my starting weight, much better than 324!
The most I have ever weighed was 347 years ago. At that time, I got down to about 309 doing the Atkins Diet. While I admit it is a great weight loss system, I just can’t do that the rest of my life. I need a little bit more freedom, so low cal is the way I am going.
Also I will be weighing in on the 1st and 15th of every month. I will not be, however weighing in November 1st because today is October 30th and well, just doesn’t make sense. So next update will be November 15th, would like to be out of the 300’s, I have been in them for years, I have a mental block getting to the 200’s…more on that later.
I will try to update this as much as possible, but sometimes I just can’t find much to say because I don’t do much except sit on the computer because of my foot. But today sometime I am going to do some fat man push ups. See how many I can do giving it my all, I need to do this everyday to get some kind of exercise going.

Today is day 1

Not sure how this works exactly, but that will come with time. So far today I had some green beans, a turkey sandwich, and a salad… totaling about 300 calories. I still have about 3-4 more times to eat to get to about 1,800 calories. Also I am unable to do much exercise due to having diabetes and my left foot is all split up and cracked from swelling. I am going to drink nothing but water for the most part. That is a habit I need to direly get into. When my girlfriend gets done watching tv, I am going to weigh in on the Wii and see what it says. I am probably around 315-325 but more than likelt about 320, we’ll see. I really would like to get down to around 190, so i’ll see ya there!
